The site that serves as the new dealership has been in redevelopment for 8 months and now provides enough space for 15 new vehicles and 40 used vehicles.

In addition to the showroom, there are also a number of aftersales facilities, including an MOT bay, nine-bay workshop, an alignment bay, a driver assist calibration bay as well as a glass viewing area. The site has been built to be very family friendly and offers a lounge area as well as a kids area that has iPads and a gaming pod.

Speaking about the launch of the new dealership, chief executive of JCT600, John Tordoff said –

“As one of the most prestigious marques in the world, we are proud of our long-established relationship with Porsche.  Having spent two years searching for the right site on Teesside to showcase these stunning sports cars, we are pleased to have been able to find this high profile, accessible location which will complement our Leeds, Newcastle and Sheffield Porsche Centres.

“With its location just off the A66, we look forward to welcoming customers from throughout North Yorkshire and the North East, giving them easier access to sales and servicing of Porsche vehicles.”

“The arrival of such a prestigious business has also had many benefits for the region, including creating around 20 new jobs already with more likely as the business grows.”
